What Size Slipper Should You Purchase?

Aussie Slippers offers sheepskin shearling slippers MADE IN AUSTRALIA. Our slippers and scuffs are designed for unisex wear, and the size menu on each product page clearly indicates U.S. size equivalents for both men and women (we've done the conversion for you!). When selecting a slipper or scuff, choose the size you would normally select when buying a dress shoe.

Every slipper and scuff from Aussie Slippers features a plush, 3/4-inch fleece lining that surrounds the foot. As such, the fit of your shearling footwear will not be as snug as that of a regular shoe.

Our sizing system is tried and true, with less than 1% of purchases returned as a result of sizing issues. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to placing your order.

FOUR METHODS OF PAYMENT

Aussie Slippers processes orders on a secure server, so you can use your credit card with confidence. If you'd prefer, you can place your order online and pay offline by phone, fax or mail. No matter which method you choose, you can use the shopping cart to collect items and place the order. Payment can then be made offline (by phone, fax or mail), or online using your credit card. The shopping cart provides instructions for whichever payment method you choose. See "Payment" section below for more details.

Your Shopping Cart

When you shop Aussie Slippers, you will use a virtual "shopping cart" to collect all of the items you select for purchase. You may add or delete items as often as you wish before you "checkout." You are not charged until you complete the checkout process.

Adding Items

Each product page has menus which you can use to specify size, colour and quantity as applicable. Once you make the appropriate size, colour and quantity selections, click the "add to cart" button to add the item(s) to your cart. You can continue to add items to your cart by visiting other product pages and repeating this process.

Viewing the Cart

You may view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking the "view cart" link in the upper right corner of the pages on this site.

Deleting Items

You may delete any item from your cart prior to checkout. To delete an item, click "view cart." When your shopping cart contents appear, find the item you want to delete, and click the "remove" link right below the name of the item.

Payment

When you are finished shopping, click either the "view cart" or "checkout" link at the top right of the page. When your cart contents appear, please review them and make any necessary corrections. At this time, you can designate your preferred payment option (secure online credit card payment, or offline payment by phone, fax or mail). Click "checkout" to continue with online payment or to generate a printable copy of your order for payment by phone, fax or mail.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you add items to your cart but leave the site without checking out, no purchase will occur. If you return to the site within one hour, however, any items added to your cart during your previous visit will still be in the cart. At that point, you may proceed to checkout, or continue shopping by adding or removing items from the cart. If you leave the site for more than one hour without making a purchase, all cart contents will be emptied.

Shipping

Aussie Slippers ships exclusively within the United States. Orders are shipped by FedEx Ground ($8), 3rd-Day ($15), 2nd-Day ($35) or Next-Day ($49) service. Orders for replacement insoles (only) may be shipped by First Class Mail for $2. PLEASE NOTE that 2nd-Day and Next-Day orders must be placed by noon Pacific Time in order to arrive on time. Returns

In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return any unworn or unused item for prompt replacement or refund.

The cost of shipping return item(s) to Aussie Slippers is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of your return, we will gladly issue your choice of a refund or replacement. Refunds will be made for the original purchase amount. We're sorry, but original shipping costs (if any) are not refundable. If you desire a merchandise exchange, we will gladly ship the new item(s) to you at our expense.
